As a result, WCS was formed with a vision to assist our clients in the development, implementation, and/or management of these crucial issues in a practical, cost-effective manner. Marty's areas of expertise include Site Development, Estimating Cost Analysis, Project Management, Underground Utility Installation, Building Construction (all trades), Public Relations and Regulatory Compliance.
